I am Jamie Troskie, a past men’s physique competitor and qualified personal trainer with over 6 years of experience. I want to help others make life-changing transformations, just like I did. I accomplish this by creating training and nutrition programs specifically tailored to your needs and preferences. I have spent years researching the most effective and maintainable ways to achieve my own fitness goals. Today, I provide programs that are built on this research and experience, I have also had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s most elite coaches myself. The number one thing I’ve learned over the years is that having a coach is a good way to hold yourself accountable.
My training programs are especially for people who are fearful of previous injuries who want to build a strong, lean and resilient body.
My client base includes both men and women, old and young as well as athletes in a range of sports such as golf, tennis and cricket.
Clients would be apprehensive about embarking on a personal training programme given their history of injury or lack of activity, and I feel that most trainers lack the experience or education required to help. I grow frustrated that there is no clear and correct guidance or help given to people by fitness professionals, especially personal trainers. Therefore, I am passionate about helping people who want to recover from injury but who also want to continue to get stronger, leaner and fitter.
I bridge the gap between physical rehabilitation and personal training, helping clients get into shape whilst addressing previous injuries and weaknesses. Thus, I refer to myself rather as a ‘movement specialist’.
All my clients have the same thing in common: they drastically underestimate what their body is capable of. I am here to help my clients not only reclaim their health, but give them confidence in what their body can do and the way it can look like!
